Perburuan kami mencari sarapan enak di sekitar Tanjung Pandan masih belum berakhir. Setelah mencicipi Mie Ayam Taman di dekat Bundaran Satam. Kami meneruskan perburan kami ke arah Jalan Kolong, dimana terdapat Warung Tenda Biru yang menyediakan beragam menu sarapan khas Belitung.

Menu Sarapan Lengkap di Warung Tenda Biru
Menu yang tersedia disini diantaranya sate ayam, gado – gado, soto lontong dan mie rebus.
Lho kok menunya mainstream gitu? Di tempat lain juga ada. Eits, tapi biar pun namanya sama namun cara penyajian serta rasanya pasti beda.
Secara lokasi, warung ini posisinya tidak begitu strategis karena tidak berada di jalan utama atau jalan yang banyak dilalui oleh kendaraan. Meski demikian, warung ini tetap ramai disambangi oleh pelanggannya.
Saat kami berkunjung kesana, nampak jejeran motor para pelanggan warung ini. Diantara mereka adalah bapak – bapak polisi yang sedang asik menyantap sarapan paginya.
“wiu wiu wiu wiu” kata Fawwaz melihat para polisi disini, meniru bunyi sirene mobil polisi
Warung Tenda Biru meski sederhana namun tertata dengan rapi, tembok dicat dengan warna biru yang dominan. Meja dan lantainya pun terlihat bersih.
Tujuan kami kesini untuk mencicipi Soto Lontong khas Belitung. Awalnya kami mau mencoba menu yang satu ini di Kedai Soto Mak Jannah yang ada di Kawasan KV Senang. Tapi kedai ini tutup. Jadilah kami kesini, sayang banget kan sudah ke Belitung enggak coba makanan khasnya.
Warung Tenda Biru sudah eksis sejak lama, warung ini dikelola secara turun menurun.
“kalau tahunnya saya tidak tahun pasti, ya jelas ini sudah lama sekali, sejak kami masih gadis – gadis” Kata Ibu Sri
Nyicip Menu yang ada di Warung Tenda Biru
Soto Belitung
Soto khas Belitung ini bisa dikatakan ialah menu yang sederhana, dilihat sekilas ia nampak seperti lontong sayur. Menu ini terdiri dari kuah santan, potongan lontong, mie bihun, emping melinjo, bawang goreng dan lauk telur atau potongan daging ayam.
Lontong yang digunakan untuk soto Belitung ini terlihat unik. Biasanya lontong itu bungkusnya menggunakan daun pisang atau daun kelapa, kalau disini bungkusnya memakai daun simpor. Bentuk lontongnya seperti kerucut.
Menurut Ibu Sri, lontong yang tersedia di warung ini tidak dibuatnya sendiri melainkan ia beli dari pihak lain.
“proses membuat lontong itu lama, jika kami membuat lontong juga maka kami tidak punya waktu sedangkan banyak hal lain yang harus kami siapkan” kata Ibu Sri memberi alasan.
Harga seporsi Soto Belitung di warung ini ialah Rp 15 ribu. Harga yang sama juga berlaku untuk menu gado – gado dan mie rebus.
Bagaimana dengan rasanya? Buat saya sih cocok – cocok saja, porsinya pas buat sarapan, kuah santannya gak begitu kental jadi lebih ramah di perut.
Sate Lontong
Selain Soto Belitung, disini kami juga memesan menu Sate Lontong. Tiap porsinya terdiri dari 5 tusuk sate ayam, potongan lontong dan kuah kacang.
Sate ayamnya enak banget karena full daging tanpa ada lemak di bagian tengah seperti yang kerap kali saya jumpai di penjual sate yang ada di Jakarta.
Kuah kacangnya juga enak, racikannya berpadu dengan sate dan lontong. Bikin lidah bergoyang.
Harga per porsi sate lontong ini Rp 18 ribu. Kalau tak puas hanya menyantap 5 tusuk sate, anda boleh menambahnya. Harga per tusuk satenya hanya Rp 3 ribu. Atau kalau merasa kurang kenyang dan ingin menambah lontong juga bisa, tinggal tambah Rp 3 ribu saja. Murah bukan?
Mie Rebus
Menu terakhir yang kami coba di warung ini adalah Mie Rebus Belitung. Kami datang di lain hari untuk mencicipi ini. Kenapa kami kesini? Sebab Warung Mie Atep tutup dan tak kunjung buka selama kami di Belitung.
Sebenarnya di sebelah Mie Atep ada juga penjual Mie Belitung lainnya yaitu Mie Acin, tidak diketahui apakah halal atau tidak.
Mie Rebus Belitung terdiri dari mie kuning, toge, timun, tahu, kentang, udang serta topping emping melinjo. Kuah yang digunakan berasal dari kaldu udang yang memiliki cita rasa agak manis.
Sayang Mie Rebus Belitung di warung ini masih kalah jauh dengan racikan Mie Atep. Tapi tak mengapa, setidaknya saya sudah berusaha mengenalkan beragam kuliner khas Belitung kepada istri.
